About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with peers, senior leaders, and functional SMEs to connect PLM business processes with data-driven insights
  • Lead the strategy and execution of Business Intelligence initiatives across the product portfolio
  • Improve processes and foster data-driven decision-making
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration among Product Operations, Global Manufacturing Operations, Technology & Quality, and Engineering teams
  • Define and automate data quality frameworks
  • Perform deep-dive analyses of product health, development velocity, and operational KPIs
  • Use BigQuery and Cloud Composer on Google Cloud Platform for scalable data processing
  • Use Google Workspace for collaborative policy management and cross-functional project tracking
  • Navigate operational risks and develop data-backed mitigation strategies integrated into PLM processes
  • Facilitate design-thinking sessions within the business sensing framework
  • Align analytical solutions with business-unit challenges and goals
  • Transform large datasets into real-time operational insights
  • Automate data quality and BI solutions to reduce manual processes
  • Equip leadership with analytical tools to identify and address supply chain and product lifecycle risks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in PLM, NPI/Sustaining, HW development, and end-to-end supply chain engineering
  • 5+ years of program management experience leading cross-functional teams in complex environments with layered dependencies
  • Expert proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform or similar for data visualization
  • Experience in Python or R for advanced statistical analysis preferred
  • Familiarity with data governance/quality tools such as Alation, Big Eye, or Monte Carlo preferred
  • Ability to articulate complex data-driven strategies and gain executive-level consensus
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications and automation for supply chain/product development
  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
