About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead cross-functional renewals of medium complexity across multiple Cisco technologies and service offerings
  • Drive timely software and services renewals
  • Identify upsell and premium service opportunities
  • Partner with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless contract management and renewal readiness
  • Maintain accurate renewal documentation, opportunities, and customer engagement records in Salesforce (SFDC) and Webex collaboration spaces
  • Apply install base data, adoption insights, and purchasing trends to support customer retention and recurring revenue growth
  • Contribute to Cisco’s LAER (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew) strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and influence strategic account planning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience, Master’s degree with 3 years of related experience, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in renewals, customer success, sales operations, account management, or recurring revenue management
  • Experience leading software or services renewals within a technology or SaaS-based environment
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Knowledge of contract management processes
  • Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects and customer engagements simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Experience within enterprise technology, networking, or software subscription environments
  • Excellent communication and partner management skills
  • Knowledge of Cisco products, services, or recurring revenue business models
  • Ability to identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives
