  • Support moderately complex renewal components by aligning known solutions to customer needs
  • Suggest renewal options based on product knowledge and senior team input
  • Participate in scalable renewal motions using shared tools and processes
  • Identify repetitive tasks and suggest automation or simplification opportunities
  • Share product-specific insights and renewal learnings with peers
  • Use software tools, automation platforms, and AI-enabled systems to streamline renewal workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience managing high-volume, transactional opportunities while supporting consultative renewal strategies
  • Understanding of renewal processes, procedures, systems, and renewals lifecycle concepts
  • Experience developing value propositions across multiple go-to-market channels
  • Knowledge of software subscription, licensing, and support-service contracting models
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and issues simultaneously
  • Experience in a sales environment involving direct customer engagement and channel sales collaboration
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external customers, and partners
  • Program management experience driving innovation, process improvements, and scalable solutions
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative renewals team
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM/CPQ
  • Knowledge of Gainsight or similar Customer Success Management platforms
  • Understanding of SaaS and/or enterprise sales business models, customer lifecycle metrics, recurring revenue, retention, and growth drivers
  • Adaptability within evolving processes and ability to recommend improvements
