About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect and build scalable, secure cloud infrastructure
Lead adoption of DevOps practices across the organization
Implement end-to-end CI/CD workflows for on-demand and scheduled builds and deployments with zero downtime
Scale microservice-based platforms across multiple geographic regions using Kubernetes, cost optimization, and automated scaling
Lead cross-functional DevOps projects from inception to completion
Define success criteria, coordinate execution, and measure outcomes against KPIs
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to streamline delivery pipelines
Promote DevOps best practices throughout the development lifecycle
Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles, Terraform, Helm, and GitOps frameworks
Evaluate and adopt emerging DevOps tools and technologies
Integrate AI-assisted tooling, copilots, and AIOps into DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, testing, and incident response
Participate in an on-call rotation
Serve as a DevOps subject matter expert and promote ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus 7 years of DevOps experience, or Master's degree plus 4 years of related experience, or PhD plus 1 year of related experience
2+ years of scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, Go, or similar
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Deep expertise in CI/CD tooling and practices
Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub, ArgoCD, or similar
Experience scaling containerized microservices across regions with cost and performance optimization
Proven leadership in cross-functional engineering projects with measurable outcomes
Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills
Participation in an on-call rotation
