  • Produce research advances in generative AI to improve models or agents for networking automation, human-computer interaction, model safety, and strategic generative-AI networking areas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's in computer science plus 7 years of related experience, or Master's plus 4 years of related experience, or PhD plus 1 year of related experience
  • Experience with LLM pre-training and post-training in an industry or academic research lab
  • Minimum of 3 publications within top AI venues such as ACL, EMNLP, ICLR, ICML, NAACL, or NeurIPS
  • Experience working with machine learning models and familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or equivalent platforms
  • Prior experience driving research projects within an industry or university research lab, including full-time or internship experience
  • Interest in combining representation learning and problem-specific properties
  • Experience building and fine-tuning foundation models, including LLMs, multimodal models, or domain-specific models
  • Cutting-edge knowledge of generative AI, large language models, and multimodal models
  • Ability to apply these technologies innovatively to emerging business problems, use cases, and scenarios
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
