Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end wafer and die supply planning
Translate finished-goods forecasts and production demands into foundry start schedules, inventory targets, and safety-stock strategies
Manage foundry capacity, yield, cycle times, and upstream supplier performance
Identify shortages proactively
Execute allocation priorities across cross-functional leadership
Lead scenario and recovery planning
Ensure continuous supply assurance and transparent delivery commitments
Coordinate wafer and die supply with foundry and semiconductor partners
Identify capacity and material constraints and drive mitigation strategies to protect customer commitments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred
3–7+ years of experience in semiconductor planning, wafer planning, material planning, production planning, or supply-chain management
Experience with semiconductor foundries, wafer fabrication, die supply, OSATs, optical components, or other long-cycle-time manufacturing environments strongly preferred
Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems
Understanding of supply-demand balancing and inventory management
Knowledge of capacity planning
Proficiency with advanced Excel or analytical tools
Demonstrated experience in constrained and allocation-driven supply environments preferred
Experience with contract manufacturers and outsourced manufacturing models preferred
Strong analytical capability and ability to convert complex supply-chain information into executive-level decisions
Ability to influence Sales, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Finance, suppliers, and senior leadership
Capacity to see and articulate a vision that inspires change
