About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and triage infrastructure and application alerts across multi-tenant cloud environments
- Lead end-to-end incident response and major incident management workflows
- Implement and refine automated playbooks and standard operating procedures
- Streamline operational handoffs and eliminate repetitive solving steps
- Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineering and Product teams during Post-Incident Reviews
- Identify root causes and implement permanent architectural remediations
- Participate in an operational on-call rotation to maintain round-the-clock stability across global production clusters
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Work must be performed on U.S. soil where required by the U.S. government
- One of the following education/work experience alternatives, completed within the past 3 years or expected within the next 12 months: Master’s degree with 0 years of work experience; Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of work experience; educational or workforce development program (e.g., Associate’s, Apprenticeship, Boot camp, or Certification) with 3 years of work experience; or high school diploma (or equivalent) with 4 years of work experience
- Education and work experience must be in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Preferred: exposure to configuration management and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Puppet, Ansible, or Terraform
- Preferred: foundational knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Preferred: experience with Splunk (SPL, dashboards, alerting) or OpenTelemetry
- Preferred: experience using AI developer tooling such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Codex
