About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the executive’s LinkedIn presence, including editorial calendar, publishing cadence, content mix, and platform best practices
- Draft posts, suggested comments, and replies in the executive’s authentic voice
- Own social reporting from monthly performance reports through campaign-level analysis
- Track influencers, peer executives, analysts, and media voices shaping the executive’s space
- Monitor relevant conversations and recommend when and how the executive should engage
- Maintain a structured social listening practice and identify trends, emerging themes, and customer insights
- Monitor engagement on executive posts and relevant platform conversations
- Identify high-value engagement opportunities and deliver regular insights to the team
- Serve as final quality gate for voice, platform fit, and production quality
- Provide editorial direction and feedback on Designer and Operator work
- Produce enablement briefs and toolkits for internal teams, advocates, and leaders
- Coordinate with Global Communications to align the executive’s social presence with corporate communications
- Operate and improve AI-assisted workflows for drafting, listening, and reporting
- Spend real time in the feed daily tracking influencers, peers, analysts, and relevant conversations
- Support expansion to X and YouTube as part of a developing vodcast strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Expert-level understanding of LinkedIn, including algorithm behavior, content formats, engagement mechanics, and audience growth strategies
- Working fluency in X and YouTube and understanding of executive presence across platforms
- Significant community management experience
- Demonstrated experience writing in an executive’s voice, including comments, replies, and social copy
- Solid foundation in social reporting and ability to defend selected metrics
- Established social listening practice and ability to convert trends and customer insights into content recommendations
- Experience tracking influencers, analysts, and peer executives and building engagement strategies
- Strong editorial judgment regarding strategic value, voice, and platform fit
- Data literacy and fluency in LinkedIn analytics
- Experience building reports for senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in and interest in AI tools
- Experience building AI-assisted content workflows
- Experience supporting C-suite executives or working in executive communications
- Familiarity with AI, enterprise technology, or B2B technology is a plus
