About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and support cloud-based and networking solutions
- Work across networking, cloud infrastructure, and systems technologies
- Partner with engineers across functions to solve complex technical challenges
- Learn, troubleshoot, and contribute across software and infrastructure
- Contribute to reliable, scalable, and secure connectivity solutions
- Collaborate with colleagues across engineering, IT, supply chain, customer experience, and security and trust
Requirements
What you’ll need- Meet one of the following completed within the past 3 years or expected within the next 12 months: Master’s degree with 0 years of work experience; Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of work experience; educational or workforce development program such as Associate’s, Apprenticeship, Boot camp, or Certification with 3 years of work experience; or high school diploma (or equivalent) with 4 years of work experience
- Foundational knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, routing, and network troubleshooting
- Experience with AWS and a basic understanding of cloud infrastructure
- Basic software development or scripting skills, preferably with Python
- Systems-level understanding of Linux/Unix environments
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, or on-premises virtualization technologies such as KVM or OpenStack
- Experience with containerization/orchestration platforms, cloud networking, or distributed systems
- Go experience is a plus
