About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions for critical business functions and project objectives
- Implement and support Salesforce integrations with internal and external systems
- Develop and maintain Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning components
- Manage the Salesforce development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and application maintenance
- Collaborate with business partners to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements
- Provide technical leadership and establish integration, application development, deployment, testing, and refinement best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure Salesforce solutions perform as expected
- Monitor new Salesforce features and functionalities and recommend process improvements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, technical specifications, and user guides
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
- Experience with Apex, LWC, Lightning Component Framework, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration including workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and APIs, including REST and SOAP
- Experience with system design, quality engineering, and cross-system thinking
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Experience with CI/CD processes
- Experience with AI development tooling
- Salesforce Developer Certification preferred
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce products preferred
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Ability to solve complex technical problems and manage numerous projects independently
- Ability to collaborate with teams and partners
