Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of Solutions Engineering experience
  • Experience working with application and network protocols, including HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and BGP
  • Experience designing, deploying, troubleshooting, or supporting application and network infrastructure
  • Experience working with unified communications technologies or solutions
  • Experience with application and network performance analysis solutions
  • Preferred: experience with packet analysis of network and application protocols
  • Preferred: experience using at least one scripting language, such as Python, Perl, or JavaScript
  • Preferred: experience troubleshooting and supporting Apple, Linux, and Microsoft operating systems
  • Preferred: experience delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to technical and business audiences
