About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze customer security requirements to design Splunk Enterprise Security and SIEM architectures
- Map detection use cases and engineer threat detection solutions for enterprise IT environments
- Deliver product demonstrations and lead Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and Proofs of Value (POVs)
- Build and maintain technical relationships with CISOs, SOC Managers, and security architects
- Support regional sales teams, partners, and Cisco Security Sales Specialists throughout the pre-sales cycle
- Share market insights and customer feedback with Product Management
- Present technical information and interactive workshops on security best practices
- Achieve Splunk Architect Certification and follow an agreed technical development plan
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of professional experience in technical pre-sales or a customer-facing cybersecurity engineering role
- Experience working with enterprise IT environments, including security, infrastructure, and data analytics
- Hands-on experience configuring, deploying, or managing SIEM and threat detection technologies
- Experience working with cloud security platforms, specifically AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Professional fluency in Polish and English
- Active Splunk certifications preferred, e.g., Splunk Architect
- Additional industry security certifications preferred, e.g., GIAC, OSCP, or Azure/AWS Security
- Advanced domain expertise in Security Operations Center (SOC) workflows and processes
- Strong understanding of SaaS or subscription-based sales models
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage technical and executive stakeholders
