Key responsibilities & impact

Advise on resource allocation, organization design, sales priorities, and process improvement
Support the Global Specialists Sales leadership team and collaborate with geographic and sales strategy peers
Support the Incubation team within the Global Specialists organization
Translate long-term visions into actionable strategic goals aligned with OneCisco priorities
Form insights from internal and external data and AI-driven signals for executive investment and resource decisions
Facilitate annual and multi-year planning using scenario modeling and AI tools
Oversee cross-functional improvements to simplify decision-making and maintain initiative alignment
Create data-rich narratives to frame complex options, articulate risks, and build leadership consensus
Map market evolution and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and challenge commercial assumptions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
Bachelor’s degree + 8 years of related experience, or Master’s degree + 6 years of related experience, or PhD + 3 years of related experience
Equivalent relevant work experience in strategy, business planning, or management consulting
Proven ability to translate strategic direction into defined, measurable initiatives
Proficiency in data modeling and analytical tools
Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and facilitating alignment across complex organizational structures
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Certified Professional in AI (CPMAI) or equivalent AI strategy certification preferred
Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
Experience in AI-enabled research and advanced prompt engineering for business workflows preferred
Strong background in portfolio management and market intelligence preferred
