About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Craft Cisco's CX partner strategy with senior leaders
- Develop and execute partner-led customer success strategies to accelerate customer adoption and value realization
- Identify and explore new opportunities and business models to develop partner capabilities and services
- Lead decision-making, execution, and success metrics for new opportunities
- Formulate long-term strategic priorities and plans for partner service offerings, engagement models, and ecosystem growth
- Collaborate with Cisco business units and cross-functional leadership
- Influence and partner with CX, partner, sales, product, partner programs, and other internal and external teams
- Develop expertise in Cisco's partner business, markets served, and competitors
- Explore complex problems and drive growth through the Cisco Partner ecosystem
- Establish relationships across the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' experience in partner ecosystems within enterprise technology
- 8+ years overall working experience in customer success, management consulting, professional services, or partner strategy
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills to work with senior leaders across various geographies
- Solid understanding of the high-tech industry and the role partners play
- Proven ability to ramp up quickly in new areas
- Excellence in strategy development, project management, business analysis, problem solving, verbal and written communication, consensus building, and influencing without direct authority
- Outstanding business judgment, including strategic decision-making with tactical execution, interpersonal savvy, and resilient problem solving
- Preferred: Partner management and customer success experience in a fast-paced technology environment
- Preferred: Experience translating technical solutions and services into customer value and business outcomes
- Preferred: Strong organizational, analytical, and influencing skills with ability to lead multiple projects with minimum supervision
