Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' experience in partner ecosystems within enterprise technology
  • 8+ years overall working experience in customer success, management consulting, professional services, or partner strategy
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills to work with senior leaders across various geographies
  • Solid understanding of the high-tech industry and the role partners play
  • Proven ability to ramp up quickly in new areas
  • Excellence in strategy development, project management, business analysis, problem solving, verbal and written communication, consensus building, and influencing without direct authority
  • Outstanding business judgment, including strategic decision-making with tactical execution, interpersonal savvy, and resilient problem solving
  • Partner management and customer success experience in a fast-paced technology environment
  • Experience translating technical solutions and services into customer value and business outcomes in sophisticated environments
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and influencing skills
  • Ability to lead multiple projects with minimum supervision
