About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct research and coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect business-critical data
  • Translate business requirements into actionable supply chain strategies and business cases
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend supply chain optimization opportunities
  • Implement work packages involving cost to serve, resilience scenario planning, supplier risk, and inventory optimization
  • Develop executive-ready materials, narratives, and recommendations
  • Support annual and multi-year supply chain strategy cycles
  • Analyze internal performance data and external market and technology signals
  • Leverage generative AI to automate data synthesis and optimize supply chain strategies
  • Build models and dashboards for initiative sizing and portfolio health
  • Ensure data quality and repeatability
  • Conduct competitive and peer benchmarking
  • Maintain pipeline and portfolio updates, meeting notes, and action tracking
  • Support PMO activities as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial/Systems Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance/Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in supply-chain consulting, corporate strategy/operations, or analytics
  • External management consulting or internal consulting/strategy experience required
  • Ability to apply generative AI to improve productivity and enhance team capabilities
  • Strong analytical toolkit: Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI
  • Clear, concise communication and strong storytelling through PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Effective project and change management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to independently drive projects forward in ambiguous situations
  • Exposure to planning, sourcing, manufacturing, or logistics is a plus
