Support other Education Investigators and work closely with all departments

Perform other duties and assist with department needs as assigned

Knowledge of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), state and federal law, and PreCheck guidelines
Ability to conduct thorough and accurate primary source education verification investigations
Ability to perform comprehensive Internet research and use various resources
Ability to request education records via phone, fax, mail, email, and online databases
Ability to communicate by phone with applicants and educational institutions
Ability to record precise data in various databases
Ability to meet departmental production standards
Time-management skills to manage competing demands and achieve goals
