About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Document processes accurately and in detail, following established procedures for complex assignments
- Identify process gaps, escalate issues, and offer potential solutions
- Assist with inventory management and workflow needs according to risk priority and service levels
- Support a range of products and services
- Analyze problems and formulate solutions through research and investigation
- Navigate, test, and execute moderately complex databases, spreadsheets, and systems
- Ensure accurate and timely account handling
- Assist with activities that reduce organizational impact and loss
- Execute instructions for cash provision to cash transportation companies
- Reconcile and cross-check balance information
- Confirm cash provisioning
- Follow up with the cash transportation company
- Administer balances and movements
- Provision cash in the system to ATMs
- Liaise with operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients
- Assess and escalate control and compliance issues appropriately
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficient computer and typing skills
- Ability to adapt to new technology quickly and seamlessly
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with others to complete assigned tasks
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excel intermedio
- Experiencia en administracion/ dotacion de efectivo
- Experiencia en seguimiento a bases con cruces de informacion
- Deseable conocimiento en ADWING
- Desable conocimiento en sistema 18
- Conocimientos en contaduría (básica)
- Availability to work Saturdays occasionally
