Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in Citi's 2-year Technology Analyst Program beginning in July
Complete robust initial training and cohort-based technical and company-process training
Work in an agile software development environment
Develop quality, scalable software solutions using leading-edge technologies
Develop code based on business requirements and quality standards
Support testing cycles and post-production deployment
Test and debug code using appropriate tools
Participate in peer code reviews
Gain exposure to back-end, front-end, mobile, generative AI, AI agents, and data analytics technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduation between Dec 2026 and June 2027
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or another technology-related field
GPA of 3.0 or better is preferred
Proactive problem-solver who embraces innovation and challenges
Ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones
Excellent communication, project management, leadership, and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to work well within diverse teams
Ability to pass technical interviews involving basic algorithmic programming exercises
Collaborative and adaptable
Prior experience working in agile teams is desirable
Authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
