About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals
Identify and define necessary system enhancements
Analyze existing system logic, identify problems, and recommend and implement solutions
Provide expertise and advanced understanding of application support principles
Define systems scope and objectives for complex, high-impact application enhancements and problem resolution
Analyze and evaluate complex business processes, systems, and industry standards; document requirements
Partner with technology areas and management teams to integrate functions
Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Systems Analysts to determine and document system impacts and support requirements
Consider the implications of technology application to the current environment
Identify risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues; communicate impact and propose mitigation options
Advise or coach new or lower-level analysts and allocate work
Perform in-depth analysis to define problems and develop innovative solutions
Influence strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel, or provided services
Persuade and influence others through communication and diplomacy
Assess risk in business decisions, drive compliance, apply ethical judgment, and escalate, manage, and report control issues
Perform other duties and functions as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

6-10 years experience
Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills
Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills
Service oriented attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience working or leading requirement gathering efforts for multiple large development projects at one-time
Proficient using basic technical tools and systems
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Bachelor’s/University degree
Master’s degree preferred
