About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team of business analysts developing and refining user stories for IVR, AI, and chatbot solutions
Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable analysis
Manage work allocation, performance evaluation, capacity planning, and staffing decisions
Contribute analytical input to investment planning, prioritization, and funding decisions for the Voice and AI applications portfolio
Monitor multiple concurrent projects, identify risks, and escalate issues
Define and uphold business analysis standards and guidelines
Evaluate business decisions while balancing delivery pace, risk, compliance obligations, and Citi’s reputation and assets

Requirements

What you’ll need

10 or more years of experience in business analysis or a closely related discipline
People leadership experience managing, developing, and holding accountable a team of analysts
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats
Track record of influencing and negotiating with senior leaders across organizational boundaries
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Technical background with working knowledge of Java and mainframe application environments
Hands-on experience using JIRA and Confluence
Experience working on IVR, conversational AI, or chatbot initiatives
Background in data analysis
Tech-Banking background
Experience in IVR and Voice Technology, AI, and Chatbots
