About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute enterprise application enhancements, implementations, upgrades, and support activities within the Technology Organization and Supply Chain functions
Gather requirements, design solutions, configure systems, and perform end-to-end validation
Work with Operations, Finance, and business stakeholders
Apply AI tools and enablement to procure-to-pay processes
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver BRDs, testing support, UAT issue resolution, and production migration support
Provide analytical support by writing complex queries
Schedule meetings and prepare agendas and minutes
Assist with training and recruiting contract resources
Participate in management activities as required
Liaise between business users and technologists to support business performance analysis and planning

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years’ experience in enterprise platforms such as SAP, with expertise in Concur and travel expenses (CTE), Fieldglass, and data warehouse and middleware tools
Experience in implementation, enhancements, upgrades, and rollout projects
Strong process knowledge around travel and expense processes
Experience in electronic processing and workflows
Good knowledge of SQL/PL SQL queries
Understanding of SAP data models and integration with other modules
Preferred experience interacting with multiple clients/users in an IT analyst role requiring strong organizational skills and business judgment
Ability to synthesize and analyze data methodically with precise qualitative outputs
Attention to detail and precision of data and overall quality of outputs
Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Ability to embrace and master new technologies and changing processes
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere
Excellent follow-up skills, attention to detail, multitasking, leadership, team orientation, interpersonal skills, flexibility, and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to establish rapport and build effective relationships across functions, regions, and management levels
Motivated self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple requests in a deadline-driven environment
Bachelor's degree, university degree, or equivalent experience
