About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to support the Business Banking sales teams
  • Partner with product partners throughout Citi to spearhead initiatives and ensure products/services are processed and executed to industry and internal standards and client expectations
  • Respond to elevated inquiries and resolve implementation-related issues in a responsible and timely manner
  • Act as an advisor with various business partners
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for complex sales and service escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Represent the voice of frontline sales teams in collaborations with product, marketing, and technology support teams
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to sales leadership
  • Create and maintain sales support materials, including training documents, process guides, and communication templates
  • Coordinate with internal partners to streamline processes and enhance the overall sales support infrastructure
  • Lead strategic projects and initiatives aimed at improving sales team efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in sales support, sales strategy, or a related role within the banking or financial services industry
  • Proven experience in project management, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives from conception through to implementation
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with experience in developing and executing business strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different teams and functions
  • Proficient in analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions
  • Bachelors degree
