About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Apply specialized onboarding knowledge to monitor, assess, analyze, and evaluate processes and data
  • Identify policy gaps, formulate recommendations, research and interpret information, and identify data inconsistencies
  • Partner with sales teams and liaise with KYC, Account Opening, and product partners to fulfill client requests
  • Provide the highest level of customer service and teamwork
  • Ensure documentation is current, accurate, and complete, fulfilling requests promptly
  • Support clients navigating KYC/onboarding and account opening processes
  • Evaluate moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact
  • Provide subject matter expertise, advice, counsel, and facilitation to influence decisions
  • Support training and development of peers
  • Assess and escalate risk, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations
  • Escalate, manage, and transparently report control issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in wealth management or other financial services roles preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage internal and external relationships
  • High degree of engagement and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Requires FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65), or must be obtained within 150 days
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
