About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Fraud Management projects and manage a component of the fraud loss portfolio
- Contribute to the development of fraud management policies, processes, procedures, tactics and strategies
- Manage fraud losses and advise or coach new or lower level personnel
- Ensure analysts make appropriate decisions using risk/reward balance methodology
- Identify fraud detection issues at the strategy and portfolio level and provide analytical/modeling solutions
- Participate in change management initiatives and monitor operational objectives and goals
- Manage authorization detection strategies to mitigate fraud losses and balance risk/reward while remaining customer centric
- Prioritize and plan detection projects in conjunction with fraud management policies and strategies
- Assess risk in business decisions, drive compliance, apply ethical judgment, and escalate, manage and report control issues transparently
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6-10 years of experience in a related role
- Senior level experience in a similar position preferred
- Expert in the subject of at least one area of the function
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred
