About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Trade and Working Capital Solutions Technology organization
Drive and execute the TTS Trade and Working Capital Technology strategy, architecture, and execution
Deliver technology strategy and architecture supporting TTS Trade and Working Capital Product and Sales strategy, with focus on digitization
Drive transformation and define target-state architecture while modernizing legacy systems with cutting-edge technology
Provide strategic direction and daily oversight for technology delivery and resource alignment with business requirements
Ensure an effective compliance environment through robust control, compliance, and governance platforms
Improve cross-product architecture and technology stack using Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery, DevOps, and Agile development
Negotiate internal and external outcomes with significant impact on the managed area and organization
Develop a target operating model and multiyear roadmap with Operations and Product
Improve client experience through client coverage, shortened client cycle times, digital onboarding, and faster inquiry resolution
Deliver transformation and consent-order goals in accordance with regulatory commitments
Establish management governance processes using Corporate Scorecard metrics
Strengthen regulatory relationships through execution of data, operational resiliency, and consent-order programs and closure of issues, CAPs, MRAs, and BSER breaks
Lead team effectiveness, skill-building, performance-management, talent-development, retention, and promotion strategies
Foster an inclusive, diverse, and ethical organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience in technology leadership for Financial Services preferably in Transaction Banking
Demonstrated skills in developing and executing Target State Architecture and designs strategies in technology transformation programs
Proven experience building trust with business and IT professionals as a leader, advisor, and business partner
Deep technical expertise and business knowledge
Deep knowledge of software development processes and practices, architecture, complex systems, and other key technology areas
Ability to manage costs and ensure clear value and return on investments
Significant energy and ability to function in an intense environment
Result-driven manner and significant decision-making capacity
Ability to conceptualize aspects of the organization's model and future development
Proven ability to establish and maintain business partnerships and client relationships
Experience analyzing client requirements and developing strategic, cost-effective solutions

Experience in financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting
