About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor all system alerts to maintain the health of critical systems
Troubleshoot client issues, assess technical risk, and coordinate timely resolution
Assess risk and operational impact of change events and system issues
Escalate issues to technology management when required
Provide technical application support for security infrastructure and applications across production and UAT environments
Manage stability, capacity, and performance of security systems
Collaborate with infrastructure teams during application integrations and system changes
Maintain and improve scripts and automation tools for monitoring, process efficiency, and operational continuity

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of hands-on experience in Linux and Windows operating systems, in an operational or system administration capacity
Working knowledge of network security components including load balancers, proxy servers, and firewalls
Familiarity with SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, PGP, TLS, and SSH
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Experience with PKI technology, certificate lifecycle management, or data encryption systems
Experience using Tivoli, Sensu, Autosys, or ServiceNow
Familiarity with Apache, IIS, Sun One, WebLogic, WebSphere, Oracle, or SQL Server
Scripting capability in Shell, PowerShell, SQL, or an equivalent language
Understanding of security architectures and network protocols
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; Citi will not sponsor U.S. work authorization
Must be located within commuting distance or willing to relocate to the area
