Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years experience in a technology leadership role, with demonstrated subject matter expertise in IT project delivery, systems integration, or software engineering within a large-scale enterprise environment
  • Proven ability to develop detailed IT work plans, technical schedules, resource estimates, and project status
  • Strong analytical and interpretive thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate complex business and system processes, identify root causes, and develop innovative technical solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders, driving alignment and informed decision-making
  • Sound understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks applicable to financial services technology, with a track record of upholding ethical standards and escalating control issues transparently
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
