About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Produce investigative intelligence and insider threat analyses
  • Conduct comprehensive post-investigation analysis to identify root causes, systemic gaps, and lessons learned
  • Integrate analytical findings into preventive controls, program enhancements, and long-term mitigation strategies
  • Understand insider risk taxonomies and changes to the threat landscape from emerging technologies, geopolitical and sociopolitical factors, and organizational changes
  • Support development of a program driving prevention, detection, and remediation of insider threats
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Participate in industry groups and benchmarking activities to facilitate information-sharing and build a dynamic and agile program

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience conducting investigative, intelligence, or insider threat functions within a corporate, government, or regulated environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting and overseeing investigations and delivering meaningful post-investigation analysis
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex and sensitive information into actionable mitigation strategies and executive-level communications
  • Experience influencing outcomes through collaboration and credible risk-based insights
  • Data Analytics
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Exposure to or formal training in the intelligence cycle, including collection, analysis, dissemination, and feedback
  • Prior participation in industry peer groups or intelligence-sharing organizations for benchmarking and best-practice adoption
  • Knowledge of financial services and/or experience working in the financial sector
