About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and deliver enterprise architecture solutions across major, complex IT programs
  • Build and maintain technology roadmaps and present evidence-based recommendations
  • Translate complex business problems into technically sound solutions spanning hardware, software, and system integration
  • Architect and integrate AI, ML, and Generative AI solutions into enterprise workflows
  • Design, optimize, and standardize workflow and case management solutions on the Pega Platform
  • Provide technical leadership across systems design initiatives and own solution architecture
  • Identify and recommend innovative technologies and platforms
  • Advise and mentor junior architects and engineers
  • Assess architectural and technology risks and ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Partner with engineering directors, business executives, product strategists, and cross-functional technology teams across a global matrixed environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in solutions architecture, system design, software engineering, or enterprise IT architecture
  • Hands-on expertise architecting end-to-end distributed systems across diverse hardware, software, and networking topologies
  • Working knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman
  • Experience applying Agentic AI, Autonomous AI agents, LLMs, and RAG
  • Experience architecting and deploying scalable, secure, resilient cloud-native solutions on AWS or Microsoft Azure
  • Proficiency in Java, Python 3.10+, TypeScript, Go, or C++
  • Experience with event-driven and message-oriented integration architectures using Apache Kafka, TIBCO, MuleSoft, or RabbitMQ
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift
  • Experience with CI/CD automation pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD
  • Proficiency with Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or vector databases
  • Experience implementing observability, telemetry, and distributed tracing using Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK Stack
  • Robust analytical and technical debugging capability
  • Familiarity with Pega framework is a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant technology or engineering field
  • Master's degree is beneficial
  • TOGAF, Pega, or Cloud/AI Architecture certifications are an advantage
