About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop client-level analytics to identify and pursue optimization opportunities
Lead agendas with Client Treasurer and Client Analytics teams on allocation methodologies and strategy
Manage end-to-end technology implementation of analytics, metrics, and reporting tools
Oversee analytical projects from data acquisition through delivery and follow-up
Perform data acquisition and analysis to generate actionable insights and support strategic initiatives
Lead escalation and follow-up for data quality issues
Design, develop, and implement performance metrics
Provide analytical support and ad-hoc pricing for global clients
Own the GSIB and Client Financials modules in the LMS data-mart (Clearview)
Contribute subject matter expertise on client liquidity value, client pricing, client financials, and Services data architecture
Support product development through technical coordination, control execution, and performance monitoring
Perform issue management, UAT testing, and stakeholder coordination for commercialization efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of experience
Tertiary level qualification
Bachelor’s/University degree required; Master’s degree preferred
Strong experience in financial analytics, data analysis, and technology project management within a large, complex global financial institution
Advanced quantitative and analytical skills
Experience with complex data acquisition, analysis, and metric development
Experience managing technology implementations
Strong understanding of data marts and financial systems, such as Clearview
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from concept through implementation
Ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies and present findings to senior stakeholders
Experience working with global, multi-country, and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple high-priority deliverables, and proactively solve complex problems
Customer service skills
Product Management experience beneficial
