About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute production support activities within Citi’s Third-party Source to Pay technology and Supply Chain functions
- Support the tracking of development initiatives, programs, risks, and issues within the milestone process
- Report milestone information to Technology Business Heads and senior technology managers
- Handle complex production support functional queries and resolve issues within SLA requirements
- Work with cross-functional teams to progress and resolve production issues
- Support Oracle P2P, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and procurement modules
- Perform root cause analysis on complex production support issues
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements
- Prepare functional specifications, design documents, and BRDs
- Perform Oracle system configuration
- Create and update training materials and procedural documentation
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing and resolve UAT issues
- Provide timely resolution for incident and request tickets
- Work with Oracle Support through Service Requests for product bugs and data fixes
- Guide vendor support teams
- Apply ITIL support processes and Oracle financial application knowledge
- Implement enhancements and change requests for legal and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate stakeholders for testing, UAT resolution, and production migration support
- Write complex queries for analytical support
- Maintain working relationships with business and internal stakeholders
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12 plus years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP modules
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Procure to Pay suite, version R12.1.3 or higher, including AP, AR, and iSupplier
- Good knowledge of GL, FA, PA, Purchasing, and iProcurement
- Good knowledge of SQL/PL SQL queries
- Understanding of Oracle data models and integration with other modules
- Hands-on experience in Oracle debugging techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience using AI tools to enhance workflows and work products in the Oracle ERP domain
- Preferred experience interacting with multiple clients/users in an IT analyst role
- Strong organizational skills and business judgment
- Ability to synthesize and analyze data with precise qualitative outputs
- Attention to detail and data precision
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Ability to master new technologies and changing processes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere
- Strong leadership, team-orientation, interpersonal, follow-up, multitasking, flexibility, and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish relationships across functions, regions, and management levels
- Motivated self-starter able to manage multiple requests in a deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
