About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute production support activities within Citi’s Third-party Source to Pay technology and Supply Chain functions
  • Track portfolios of development initiatives, programs, risks and issues within the milestone process
  • Support complex production functional queries and resolve Incidents and Requests within SLA requirements
  • Perform root cause analysis on complex production support issues
  • Partner with business and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and progress resolutions
  • Prepare functional specifications, design documents and business requirements deliverables
  • Perform Oracle system configuration
  • Create and update training and procedural materials
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing and resolve UAT issues
  • Work with Oracle Support through Service Requests for product bugs and data fixes
  • Guide vendor support teams
  • Work on enhancements and change requests for legal and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate stakeholders for BRDs, testing support, production migration and timely delivery
  • Provide analytical support by writing complex queries
  • Schedule meetings and prepare agendas and minutes
  • Maintain trusted relationships with business and internal stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12 plus years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP modules
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Procure to Pay suite, version R12.1.3 or higher, including GL, FA, PA and AP
  • Good knowledge of Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier and AR
  • Good knowledge of SQL/PL SQL queries
  • Understanding of Oracle data models and integration with other modules
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle debugging techniques
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance workflows and work products in the Oracle ERP domain
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Oracle ERP implementation, support and enhancement projects
  • Experience or familiarity with Supply Chain Operations organization preferred, but not required
  • Exposure to Oracle workflows, customization and solutioning approaches
  • Understanding of ITIL Support process and Oracle financial applications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere
  • Ability to establish relationships across functions, regions and management levels
  • Ability to manage multiple requests in a deadline-driven environment
