About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute Enterprise Application enhancements, implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support activities within Technology and Supply Chain functions
  • Track portfolios of development initiatives, programs, risks, issues, and milestones for reporting to Technology Business Heads and senior technology managers
  • Apply AI tools and AI enablement to P2P processes
  • Understand and execute the Enterprise Supply Chain systems vision and processes
  • Partner with business clients to understand requirements and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Support Program Managers, Business Analysts, and Development Teams by answering questions and resolving or escalating project technology-process issues
  • Work with Project Managers, regional stakeholders, and cross-functional teams on enhancements and change requests related to legal/regulatory, Safety & Soundness, and corrective-action efforts
  • Track and execute outstanding support tickets
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing as needed
  • Resolve complex production-support incidents and requests in a timely manner
  • Provide guidance to vendor support teams
  • Execute enhancements and change requests for legal and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate delivery of BRDs, testing support, UAT issue resolution, and production migration support
  • Ensure seamless production cutovers, hypercare coverage, and handover to the BAU team after post-go-live support
  • Schedule meetings and prepare agendas and minutes
  • Assist in training and recruiting contract resources
  • Provide analytical support by writing queries when appropriate
  • Assist with management activities as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12–15 years’ experience in a relevant field, including Oracle ERP Financial modules
  • Very good experience in implementation, enhancements, upgrades, and rollout projects
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ERP Procure to Pay suite, version R12.2.9
  • Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Project Accounting, and Fixed Assets modules; ability to act as Subject Matter Expert
  • Strong knowledge of techno-functional integration aspects and ability to work with cross-functional teams on complex integrations
  • Ability to provide solution leadership for Risk and Control requirements
  • Knowledge of Oracle P2P integration with financial ledger systems
  • Good knowledge of payment processes and Oracle workflows
  • Experience with electronic invoice processing and workflows
  • Experience with full-cycle SDLC, Oracle AIM documentation, and business analysis
  • Good knowledge of SQL/PL SQL queries
  • Understanding of Oracle data models and integration with other modules
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle debugging techniques
  • Experience interacting with multiple clients/users in an IT analyst role
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Ability to embrace and master new technologies and changing processes
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere
  • Strong follow-up, leadership, team-orientation, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
