Key responsibilities & impact

Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team
Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities
Partner with multiple management teams to integrate functions and identify and define system enhancements
Resolve high-impact problems and projects through evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint
Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
Develop comprehensive knowledge of how architecture and infrastructure integrate to accomplish business goals
Analyze issues and develop innovative solutions
Advise or coach mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary
Assess and manage risk, drive compliance, apply ethical judgment, and escalate, manage, and report control issues
Continuously explore tools and approaches that enhance engineering workflows and delivery outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

13+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis
Extensive experience in systems analysis and software applications programming
Experience managing and implementing successful projects
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
Clear and concise written and verbal communication
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Strong technical and functional knowledge of Oracle EBS 12.2.9, Oracle General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Payables, and Project Accounting
Strong experience with AOL, PL/SQL, PL/SQL JSON, Shell Scripting, and RICE components
Strong experience with XML and XML/BI Publisher
Strong experience with Oracle Workflows, AOL, Oracle Forms, and Reports
Experience with OAF (Oracle Application Framework)
Experience with SOAP and RESTful web services
Ability to use Gen AI-enabled development and productivity tools
Ability to work effectively with AI-assisted and automated systems
Professional judgment when leveraging AI outputs, ensuring accuracy, security, and maintainability
