About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute production support activities within Citi’s Third-party Source to Pay technology and Supply Chain functions
  • Track development initiatives, programs, risks, and issues through the milestone process for reporting to Technology Business Heads
  • Support Oracle ERP implementation, support, and enhancement projects
  • Handle complex production support functional queries and resolve issues within SLAs
  • Work with cross-functional teams to progress and resolve production issues
  • Perform root cause analysis on complex production support issues
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements
  • Prepare functional specifications, business/design documents, and BRDs
  • Perform Oracle system configuration
  • Create and update training and procedural documentation
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing and resolve UAT issues
  • Provide timely resolution for incident and request tickets
  • Work with Oracle Support on product bugs and data fixes through Oracle Service Requests
  • Guide vendor support teams
  • Apply ITIL support processes and Oracle financial applications knowledge
  • Implement enhancements and change requests for legal and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate stakeholders for requirements, testing, UAT resolution, and production migration
  • Write complex queries to provide analytical support
  • Schedule meetings and prepare agendas and minutes
  • Maintain trusted relationships with business and internal stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP modules
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Procure to Pay modules, including R12.1.3 or higher, iProcurement, Purchasing, iSupplier, AP, and Supplier Maintenance
  • Good knowledge of GL, FA, and PA
  • Good knowledge of SQL/PL SQL queries
  • Understanding of Oracle data models and integration with other modules
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle debugging techniques
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance workflows and work products in the Oracle ERP domain
  • Preferred experience interacting with multiple clients/users in an IT analyst role
  • Strong organizational skills and business judgment
  • Ability to synthesize and analyze data with precise qualitative outputs
  • Attention to detail and precision of data and outputs
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere
  • Strong follow-up, multitasking, leadership, team-orientation, interpersonal, flexibility, and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to establish relationships across functions, regions, and management levels
