About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute production support activities within Citi’s Third-party Source to Pay technology and Supply Chain functions
- Support Program Managers, Business Analysts, and Development Teams by resolving or escalating technology-process issues
- Implement Oracle eBusiness Suite ERP administration changes involving responsibilities, request groups, menus, security rules, profile values, and setup changes
- Administer GEP SMART Source to Contract systems, including persona creation, setup, and maintenance
- Execute major and minor releases and production fixes across testing and production environments according to AIM control documents
- Review and submit production setup control documents and obtain Global Functional Lead approval
- Collaborate with Global Functional, Development, and DBA teams on system administration configurations and troubleshooting
- Perform system administration setups and create and execute DataLoader templates
- Provide production checkout support for Oracle P2P releases, including weekends and evenings when required
- Support new application onboarding for implementation programs
- Collect, prepare, and present metrics to stakeholders
- Identify and implement system administration process improvements and streamlining
- Address ad hoc system administration requests, including writing SQL scripts
- Attend release and production support meetings with cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with Citi Risk and Control Standards and perform quarterly RCSA assessments
- Coordinate delivery of BRDs, testing support, UAT issue resolution, and production migration support
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 to 6 years’ experience in relevant field
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Procure to Pay suite of modules, version R12.1.3 or higher
- Good knowledge of SQL/PL SQL queries
- Understanding of Oracle data models and integration with other modules
- Hands-on experience in Oracle debugging techniques
- Experience interacting with multiple clients/users in an IT analyst role preferred
- Good knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite framework, preferably Financials or Procurement related
- Dataloader knowledge required
- Strong SQL knowledge required
- Oracle System Administrator skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Oracle Security Administration features and segregation of duties
- Basic Unix knowledge
- Able to work on weekends and evenings when required
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team-oriented atmosphere
- Ability to manage multiple requests in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to establish relationships across functions, regions, and management levels
