About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in Citi’s Summer Technology Analyst Program beginning in early June
- Support and optimize critical live production systems
- Maintain system health, stability, and peak performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and complex technical problems
- Coordinate with developers, business teams, and other technology partners
- Monitor end-to-end application environments in real time
- Support the full incident and problem management lifecycle
- Enhance monitoring and alerting systems using tools such as ITRS Geneos and Grafana
- Design, develop, and implement applications and scripts for process automation
- Work with Linux/Unix, SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Python, application servers, web technologies, networking, cloud, and Kubernetes
- Gain exposure to Java, Spring Framework, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, React, Angular, Apigee, TypeScript, HTML5, generative AI tools, Splunk, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics
- Work on globally scoped projects with cross-functional teams
- Participate in learning, networking, mentoring, and development programs
- Contribute to technology projects involving digital banking, cybersecurity, and data-powered innovation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2028
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or another technology-related field
- GPA of 3.0 or better is preferred
- Proactive problem-solving and innovation mindset
- Willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones
- Excellent communication, project management, leadership, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to work well within diverse teams
- Ability to pass technical interviews with basic algorithmic programming exercises
- Collaborative and adaptable
- Prior experience working in agile teams is desirable
- Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
