About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support execution of all branch projects, including refreshes, renovations, relocations, de novo builds, and branch appearance projects
- Identify and prioritize branches within strategy
- Collaborate with Market Planners and Senior Project Managers to assess new branch sites
- Collaborate with Senior Project Managers and Real Estate Services to identify branch project scope
- Ensure timely execution of branch projects with minimal changes to original scope
- Monitor all project phases and proactively identify risks and escalate issues affecting personnel or on-time, on-budget delivery
- Serve as a primary point of contact for branch personnel during branch projects
- Execute branch appearance programs and influence branch personnel to adhere to standards
- Partner with Real Estate Services to resolve branch-related issues quickly and cost-effectively
- Support creation of a Master Market Plan optimizing the regional distribution network
- Analyze potential de novo and relocation sites and collaborate with partner groups on successful buildouts and openings
- Provide direct support to Senior Project Managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6-10+ years in total; 3+ years specifically in planning and project management experience
- 4-year college degree required
- Advanced degree preferred
- Presentation and interaction experience with senior executives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence others to gain buy-in
- Demonstrated ability to support and monitor progress on large, complex projects
- Ability to think strategically, as well as execute with a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations while identifying issues and problems, generating solutions and recommending appropriate alternatives
- Working knowledge of branch functions and banking operations
