About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build relationships with client network and operational teams
  • Serve as a key contact for internal requests, problem escalation, and resolution
  • Ensure timely completion of KYC and other regulatory requirements
  • Help clients access Citi’s global network and locate local coverage and product support
  • Work with Relationship Managers and product partners to onboard new clients and subsidiaries
  • Coordinate due diligence requirements for credit approvals and closings
  • Identify revenue opportunities and position products with clients
  • Ensure periodic client support discussions are held and documented
  • Maintain correct client legal and marketing hierarchies
  • Keep credit documentation current, including FX, derivatives, loans, and letters of credit
  • Monitor credit-line usage and support client annual reviews
  • Assist in implementing cash transactions for bankers
  • Assess risk, drive compliance, apply ethical judgment, and escalate control issues transparently

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6-10 years relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Cash Management and Treasury products
  • Track record of providing sound solutions to clients
  • Strong Pipeline and Relationship Management experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and CRM (Deal Entry System)
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders to achieve goals
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • Proactive approach in strengthening business relationships with clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree; potentially Master’s degree
