About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather requirements, design solutions, configure setups, and perform end-to-end validation
Work with Operations and business stakeholders
Apply AI tools and AI enablement to P2P processes
Support techno-functional integrations and complex integration solutions with cross-functional teams
Debug issues and solve complex problems
Coordinate timely delivery of BRDs, testing support, UAT issue resolution, and production migration support
Provide analytical support by writing complex queries
Schedule meetings and prepare agendas and minutes
Assist in training and recruiting contract resources
Perform management activities as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

4-6 years’ experience in Enterprise platforms like SAP
Very strong knowledge of SAP Concur and Travel Expenses (CTE), Fieldglass, and data warehouse and middleware tools
Experience in implementation, enhancements, upgrades, and rollout projects
Strong process knowledge around travel and expense processes
Experience in electronic processing and workflows
Good knowledge of SQL/PL SQL queries
Understanding of SAP data models and integration with other modules
Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
Ability to embrace and master new technologies and changing processes
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere
Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, multitasking, leadership, team orientation, interpersonal skills, flexibility, and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to establish rapport and build effective relationships across functions, regions, and management levels
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
