Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, model development, and establish or implement new or revised application systems and programs
Monitor and control all phases of development, including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation
Provide user and operational support to business users
Analyze complex application-development problems and evaluate business and system processes and industry standards
Recommend and develop security measures through post-implementation analysis
Consult with users, clients, and technology groups on issues and recommend advanced programming solutions
Install and assist customer exposure systems
Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes
Serve as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts
Act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members
Assess risk in business decisions and drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations
Continuously explore tools and approaches that improve engineering workflows and delivery outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of relevant experience
Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Strong technical and functional knowledge of Oracle EBS 12.2.9, Oracle Payments, iSupplier, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Payables and Project Accounting
Strong experience with AOL, PL/SQL, PL SQL JSON, Shell Scripting and RICE components
Strong experience with XML and XML / BI Publisher
Strong experience with Oracle Workflows, AOL, Oracle Forms, Reports
Experience with OAF (Oracle Application Framework)
Experience with SOAP and RESTful web services
Ability to use Gen AI-enabled development and productivity tools
Ability to work effectively with AI-assisted and automated systems
Ability to apply professional judgment when leveraging AI outputs, ensuring accuracy, security, and maintainability
