About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute Enterprise Application enhancements, implementations, upgrades, and support activities within Technology and Supply Chain functions
  • Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and end-to-end validation of setups
  • Work with Operations, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Apply AI tools and AI enablement to Procure to Pay processes
  • Provide subject matter expertise for Oracle ERP, Accounts Payable, invoice processing workflows, payment processes, and P2P integrations
  • Advise on technical solutions for Oracle workflow-based invoice processing and ingestion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex integrations
  • Coordinate delivery of BRDs, testing support, UAT issue resolution, and production migration support
  • Provide analytical support by writing complex queries
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
  • Assist in training and recruiting contract resources
  • Support management activities as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8–11 years’ experience in a relevant field with Oracle ERP Financial modules
  • Experience in implementation, enhancements, upgrades, and rollout projects
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ERP Procure to Pay suite, including R12.1.9
  • Strong functional knowledge of iProcurement, Accounts Payable, and Purchasing modules
  • Good knowledge of payment processes and Oracle workflows
  • Experience with electronic invoice processing and workflows
  • Good knowledge of SQL/PL SQL queries
  • Understanding of Oracle data models and integration with other modules
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle debugging techniques
  • Experience interacting with multiple clients/users in an IT analyst role preferred
  • Ability to synthesize and analyze data with precise qualitative outputs
  • Attention to detail and data quality focus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Ability to learn new technologies and changing processes
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, analytical, follow-up, multitasking, and team-orientation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships across functions, regions, and management levels
  • Ability to manage multiple requests in a deadline-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree, university degree, or equivalent experience
