About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute Enterprise Application enhancements, implementations, upgrades and support activities within the Technology Organization and Supply Chain functions
  • Gather requirements, design solutions, configure setups and perform end-to-end validation
  • Work with Operations, Finance and business stakeholders
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for General Ledger, Project Accounting and Fixed Assets
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver BRDs, testing support, UAT issue resolution and production migration support
  • Provide analytical support by writing complex queries
  • Coordinate complex integrations and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Schedule meetings and prepare agendas and minutes
  • Assist in training and recruiting contract resources
  • Contribute to program management and business planning through quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Participate in management activities as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8-11 years’ experience in relevant field Oracle ERP Financial modules
  • Good experience in implementation, enhancements, upgrade and rollout projects
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ERP Procure to Pay suite of modules, version R12.1.9
  • Very strong knowledge of Oracle ERP application 12.2.9
  • Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Project Accounting and Fixed Assets modules
  • Good knowledge of P2P modules such as Accounts Payable and Purchasing
  • Experience in electronic invoice processing and workflows
  • Good knowledge of SQL/PL SQL queries
  • Understanding of Oracle data models and integration with other modules
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle debugging techniques
  • Knowledge of AI tools and application of AI enablement for P2P processes
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience interacting with multiple clients/users in an IT analyst role preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Ability to embrace and master new technologies and changing processes
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere
  • Strong leadership, team-orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to establish rapport and build effective relationships across functions, regions and management levels
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Regular / Direct Staff worker subtype
