About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design, development, and deployment of highly responsive, accessible, and scalable web applications using Angular and modern UI technologies
Collaborate with AI and backend teams to build user interfaces for AI-assisted platforms, interactive chatbots, and workflow automation dashboards
Set technical direction for front-end engineering
Establish best practices, coding standards, and robust testing frameworks including Jasmine, Karma, and Cypress
Work with DevOps and platform teams to deploy UI applications in Docker/Kubernetes and cloud-native environments
Design interfaces that simplify complex financial data, transactions, and workflows
Ensure compliance with financial industry standards and security protocols
Mentor emerging engineering talent
Drive critical engineering initiatives and shape architectural standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Mastery of Angular (6+), TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx or other state management libraries, HTML5, CSS3/SASS, Webpack, and Angular CLI
Deep understanding of web performance optimization, lazy loading, responsive design, and WCAG accessibility standards
Experience with micro-frontend architecture
Experience integrating RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and GraphQL
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience deploying UI applications on cloud platforms
Demonstrated ability to lead UI design initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional product and AI teams
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
Experience operating as a technical lead across multiple concurrent engineering workstreams
Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and large-scale infrastructure and application layers
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
