About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement end-to-end application systems, including UIs, data storage solutions, and automated workflows
Create automated processes interacting with multiple APIs, databases, and application user interfaces
Develop scalable database solutions, including schemas, stored procedures, and functions
Analyze complex business and system processes and identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and users to translate requirements into technical stories and provide development estimates
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including feasibility studies, design, construction, testing, and implementation
Manage code promotion, CI/CD pipelines, and SDLC artifacts for compliance and operating standards
Recommend and implement security measures and follow risk and compliance procedures
Maintain code repository hygiene and developer metrics
Act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members
Provide user and operational support, participate in UAT, and resolve defects to meet release schedules
Independently manage deadlines and changing requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and CSS
Strong proficiency in C#
Experience with Angular, React, or Microsoft Blazor
Expertise in developing .NET Core microservices and understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns
Proficiency in relational and NoSQL database development, including Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, PL/SQL, and T-SQL
Deep knowledge of RESTful API design principles and hands-on systems integration experience
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium
Familiarity with DevOps tools and platforms such as Lightspeed, Harness, Tekton, and GitHub
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
Demonstrated track record of managing and implementing successful projects
Working knowledge of project management methodologies
Demonstrated proficiency in AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot and Devin AI
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, handle shifting priorities, and deliver against evolving deadlines and requirements
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Experience with Python programming, Agentic AI and/or Generative AI is preferred
Java development experience and Spring Boot microservices expertise is preferred
Containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as OpenShift and Kubernetes are preferred
Practical knowledge of AI fundamentals, prompt engineering, and integration with AI models and APIs is a plus
