About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development of enterprise finance technology applications
Integrate new functions and deploy solutions supporting Oracle EPM, FCCS and ARCS platforms
Analyze complex business and system processes to design solutions for high-level technology challenges
Plan and manage assignments spanning large budgets and multiple cross-functional projects
Define application standards for design, coding, testing, debugging and implementation
Lead technical migrations to new platforms
Apply architecture principles to strengthen system stability
Consult with end users to translate business requirements into system specifications and functional designs
Mentor developers and analysts
Allocate work and guide team members across the applications development function
Assess risk in technology decisions to protect Citi, its clients and systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in applications development, systems analysis and software implementation
People management experience
Leadership, project management and relationship-building skills
Finance industry background with subject matter expertise in applications development and client core business functions
Hands-on expertise with Oracle EPM, including FCCS, ARCS, EDMS and EPR platforms
Experience managing technical migrations to new systems
Python or Java full-stack development skills
Pyspark experience
Working knowledge of architecture principles and data analysis
Experience applying AI enablement approaches within technology solutions
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master's degree in a related field preferred
