About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, model development, and establish or implement applications systems and programs
  • Monitor and control development phases including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation
  • Provide user and operational support to business users
  • Analyze complex application development problems and evaluate business and system processes against industry standards
  • Recommend and develop security measures through post-implementation analysis
  • Consult with users, clients, and technology groups and recommend advanced programming solutions
  • Define and follow operating standards and processes
  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive web interfaces using .NET Core MVC, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and CSS
  • Create automated workflows interacting with APIs, databases, and application UIs
  • Create scalable database schemas, procedures, and functions
  • Translate requirements into user stories and provide technical sizing for prioritization and delivery
  • Manage code promotion and SDLC compliance artifacts
  • Maintain code repository hygiene and developer metrics
  • Participate in UAT testing and resolve defects to meet release timelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of Frontend: .NET Core, Angular, MVC, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS
  • Experience with microservices in .NET Core and ASP.NET
  • Knowledge of MS SQL, Oracle, and MongoDB
  • Proficiency with microservices architecture and design patterns
  • Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration
  • Familiarity with Harness, Tekton, and GitHub
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
  • Ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
  • Ability to exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
  • Preferred: Experience with Selenium automation
  • Preferred: AI fundamentals including prompt engineering, model interaction and interfacing with Citi tools
  • Preferred: Experience with containers and OpenShift
