Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, focusing on ARCS, FCCS, and RMC
Conduct workshops and meetings with client stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Configure and customize Oracle EPM applications, including consolidation rules, reconciliation formats, and risk control matrices
Develop and execute test plans to ensure solution quality and accuracy
Create and deliver training materials to end-users and system administrators
Participate in all project lifecycle phases, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, and post-implementation support
Work closely with clients to understand business needs and deliver Oracle EPM solutions

What you’ll need

10+ years of relevant experience as Senior Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Functional Consultant
Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, primarily ARCS, FCCS, and RMC
Good to have Java full stack skills
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, React), Python, or Go
Experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure
Knowledge of microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless setups
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and automated testing frameworks
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred
