About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide high levels of support to newly recruited Wealth Services personnel, including licensed representatives, resource officers and service team managers
  • Help new hires learn and become more proficient with advisor desktop tools
  • Work with internal product and subject matter experts
  • Maintain procedure guides, user manuals, training materials and Wealth business intranet sites
  • Deliver periodic training on subject matter, new systems, processes, procedures and updates
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for former trainees after training completion
  • Coordinate adjunct training across Client Onboarding and Maintenance, Brokerage Platforms, Trading, Managed Accounts, Citi Wealth Advisor, Salesforce, Alternate Investments, Financial Planning, Insurance & Annuities, Cash Management and Lending
  • Provide support for third-party software tools including NetX360 and Salesforce
  • Represent software tools to Wealth Services personnel and internal business areas; identify latest versions and product enhancements
  • Provide technical and product knowledge supporting US Citigold/CPC Teams serving Affluent and High-Net-Worth Clients
  • Deliver training using adult-learning principles, varied instructional methods and media
  • Deliver product, technical, systems, sales, behavioral and skill-based training in classroom or virtual environments
  • Deliver nationally developed curricula consistently
  • Partner within USCC and Wealth Management Learning to deliver customized learning events
  • Manage the learning environment and transfer of learning
  • Use assessment tools to measure and analyze training results, identify learning gaps and communicate curriculum gaps to Design and Development
  • Collaborate with managers to create individualized coaching plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure new hire onboarding success
  • Facilitate coaching, communication and leadership workshops
  • Support learning-request intake through consulting, needs analysis, implementation and business-outcome measurement
  • Support design and development of training solutions using varied learning tools and modalities
  • Observe and facilitate curricula in classroom and virtual environments and collaborate with partners to ensure learner success

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Citi Wealth
  • Minimum 5-8 years professional work experience
  • Registered FINRA Series 7 licensing is required
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) licensing is required
  • Additional licenses 66 or 65 preferred
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • High knowledge level of Brokerage / Wealth Management related knowledge
  • High degree of accountability, creativity and interpretive thinking
  • Ability to build positive relationships with management, new hires, and field personnel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time to support virtual delivery
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time to support classroom delivery
